Processing time
Orders ship within 1–5 business days from Larnaca, Cyprus. (Business days: Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays.)

Order cut-off
Orders placed after 12:00 (EET) are processed the next business day.

Cyprus (Local)

  • Store Pickup — FREE
    Collect from our shop in Larnaca. We’ll email you when it’s ready.

  • Pickup Point / Courier Office — FREE
    Delivery to your chosen courier point in 2–3 business days.

  • Home / Business Delivery — €3
    Door-to-door in 2–5 business days (remote areas may take longer).

Tracking: A tracking number is provided for courier shipments.

European Shipping

  • Economy Post — €14.99
    Delivered by your local postal service. Estimated transit times:
    EU: 5–10 business days • UK: 7–12
    Tracking availability depends on destination postal service.

Customs & Duties:

Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to import duties. Orders shipped to non-EU European countries (such as the United Kingdom, Norway or Switzerland) may be subject to customs fees, taxes or import duties determined by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping Notes

  • Address accuracy: Please double-check your address (including postcode and phone).

  • Undeliverable parcels: If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can reship (additional postage applies).

  • Lost / delayed parcels: If your order hasn’t arrived within the timeframes above, contact us at joakimjewellery@gmail.com with your order number.

  • Holiday periods: Processing and transit may take longer during peak seasons.
