Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your jewellery, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Custom or personalized items are non-refundable
In order to return an item purchased through our website, please contact us at +357 24-654394, send us an e-mail on joakimjewellery@gmail.com or fill in the contact form through our website in order to give you instructions on how and where to send back the package.Â
Please inspect the items upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we’ll email you. If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Timing: We process refunds promptly; your bank/card may take 5–10 business days to post funds.

Original shipping: If you return the entire order, we refund the standard delivery fee you originally paid. If you return part of an order, original shipping is not refunded.

Return shipping: You pay return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us (within 48 hours of delivery) at +357 24-654394, send us an e-mail on joakimjewellery@gmail.com or fill in the contact form through our website. Include photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue quickly.
